Therapy helped her grow and she encourages others to seek assistance if needed. Alessia Cara was born to Italian parents on July 11, 1996. At the age of 10 old, her parents gifted her a guitar, which was the beginning of her passion for music. 2013 was the year she recorded her favorite songs for YouTube which is a well-known platform for media.
