Coleman was born at Blackpool Lancashire. She went to Arnold School Blackpool as head girl. She scored all As for her A level examinations. As she discussed her Emmerdale character, Coleman expressed regret for having not attended a university. Coleman was part of a group known as In Yer Space at her school. They was in the stage production Crystal Clear in Edinburgh Festival. She won an award for her performance, and the play was also received favourably. Coleman was offered the role of Jasmine Thomas while she was in auditions at the drama schools. The audition took place in 2005. In 2007 Coleman was nominated for two prizes. The British Soap Awards she was nominated as Best Newcomer and during the National Television Awards she was named the The Most Popular Newcomer. In 2009, at the British Soap Awards she was nominated for the Best Actress Sexiest Female and the Best Dramatic Performance category. Coleman was awarded a Television Choice Award for Best Actress. Steven Moffat revealed at a Doctor Who Press Conference on the 21st of March that Coleman was set to portray Matt Smith as the Doctor's Companion after Karen Gillan, Arthur Darvill and other characters left the series. Moffat picked her for the role due to how well she could work alongside Smith as well as the fact that she spoke faster than him. Eva Larue..............................Eva LaRue is an American actor and model. Since 1987, she's participated in TV and film projects. She was more popular on television. Eva played many parts on the screen, but two stand out: Dr. Maria Santos' role in All My Children as well as Detective Natalia Boa Vistas' in CSI Miami. In the latter, she even received two nominations for the Daytime Emmy Awards and gave her a chance to experiment with her talents in music. Eva is also a philanthropist, entrepreneur and philanthropist. Eva is married to three men and has an infant from the third.
